• Delimitation guidelines for work carried out by several trades,
• Warranty claims according to BGB and VOB,
• Differentiation between warranty and guarantee,
• Effects of acceptance reports,
• Reversal of the burden of proof,
• Invoice retention requirements, delivery notes, balance sheets,
