Potato box

As part of our environmental protection project “Zero-Carbon Foods Initiative” we keep arable land, on which we 100% operate natural arable farming. The project was started as a parents' initiative to get children and young people used to offline time and to prevent media addiction. The participants embark on a journey through time to the 19. century, where manual agriculture was still part of normal life. The children go through the individual steps of potato cultivation, from preparing the fields to sowing and cultivating the fields. In doing so, you learn how the tides do, Flora and fauna influence the harvest in a natural way. We completely do without chemical fertilizers during cultivation, do not use any pesticides or fungicides (Colorado beetles are laboriously collected by hand). All arable crops are processed exclusively with the use of human strength. D.h. Field maintenance is carried out with intensive use of hand tools and muscle power. Every single field crop goes through the hands of our harvest workers, is lovingly packaged and immediately delivered to friends and family. The potato box is a classic among our field fruit mix.
